Quantum Fuel Pump Tank Seal / Gasket for SeaDoo Challenger 230 EFI 2007-2011, Replaces 293250088

HFP's exclusive intank fuel pump replacement kit for 2000-2007 Direct Injection Seadoo's provides the proper operating pressure that DI applications require--without the excessive amperage draw.  A myriad of untested, unproven copies of our pump have recently flooded the marketplace.  Be advised that the Seadoo DI charging system is not a conventional automotive or marine charging system.  The HFP-342DI pump has been tested and approved by dozens of members of the Seadoo Forum (discussion thread shown here: The HFP-342DI includes both the internal and external canister strainers.  Notable features of the Seadoo pump kit include:

1. Quiet Operation.  Except for a faint "wheen" during pump priming, our pumps are nearly silent.  Walbro pumps are notorious for their loud vibrating "hum" during operation.

2. Reliability.  HFP pumps have been proven in corrosive marine and E85/ ethanol applications.  The advantages of the composite vane-impeller design is that the pump internals do not corrode like a conventional gerator-style pump.

3. Flow verified. Our pumps are flow verified by RC Engineering to ensure the high pressures that DI Seadoo's require.
