Since their debut in the early 1990s, Walbro 255LPH intank fuel pumps have been the industry standard by which all other 255LPH fuel pumps are judged.  Walbro?s first design was a center-inlet 190LPH pump for the Mustang 5.0 and Buick Grand National.  Later, Walbro added more inlet configurations and increased volume to 255LPH, allowing their pumps to be installed into just about every modern vehicle on the road today.  The benefit of today's return-style fuel systems is that any unused fuel is automatically returned to the tank via the return line, which makes Walbro intank pumps suitable for turbocharged, supercharged, as well as stock replacement applications.  These fuel pumps can safely support 500hp, or 600hp+ when used in conjunction with our hotwire kit.
